VenDetect allows customers to discover vendors and allows vendors to manage listings, offers, and visibility. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

- Posting false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to interfere with platform security, availability, or integrity.
- Abusing notifications, reviews, offers, or location features.
- Using automated scraping or unauthorized access methods.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for stall information, business hours, pricing, and media accuracy.
- Vendors must comply with local laws, licenses, and food/business regulations.
- VenDetect may remove or limit listings that violate these Terms.
6. Reviews and User Content
Users retain ownership of their content but grant VenDetect a license to display and process submitted content for operating and improving the service. We may moderate or remove content that violates policy or law.
7. Intellectual Property
VenDetect branding, software, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service beyond permitted use.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain platform quality, security, or legal compliance. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions outside reasonable control.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VenDetect disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You may also delete your account through supported app settings.
